Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews Lucien Alziari, the Executive Vice President and CHRO of Prudential Financial, a Fortune 50 financial services company. Prior to joining Prudential, Lucien was the EVP and CHRO of A.P. Moller-Maersk, a shipping and energy conglomerate with about 90,000 employees with operations in 130 countries worldwide. Lucien is also a fellow and director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a founding member of HR50 and chair-elect of the board of advisors of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.
