Through Russell, we finally learn who is controlling the mob activity in Baltimore! We also begin chapter three with "The Story of the Porter and the Ladies of Baghdad," where we'll meet Erica, Gloria, the Mistress, and Cole, who has unexpectedly wandered into an unlikely home.
