13 – warm and fuzzy photos. again.
I don’t usually fret too too much about getting tack sharp photos. Not that I always do, of course. But a weekend with a longer lens made me realize that I’d picked up a couple of lazy habits. This photo still warms my heart. We’re here:

11 – holiday time without the camera
At a recent holiday get together I learned that I can be the photographer for just a short time, as well as hand off my camera to someone else. Safely. Lessons learned from my 365 – and put to use – yes!    
10 – taking non photos

9 – someone feared my camera!
At an annual get-together with friends and colleagues, someone told me that he had been fearing my camera. What a surprise. And a disappointment. I’ll react differently if that happens again.
8 – underexposed and noisy
Why so grainy? Turns out, underexposed photos can be a cause of noisy photos too. Who knew? For once it wasn’t because I’d shot with the wrong ISO. Baby steps.
7 – oops, last night’s settings
Sometimes the settings from last night are not the settings you need this morning. Sometimes shooting raw can save you, sometimes you get a strange yet lucky accident.
