This week Lacy tells the story based in the late 1950s about two young spree killers Charles Starkweather and Caril Ann Fugate. Charles was a bad boy who hated the world and gave up on life at an early age. He went from being well behaved to lashing out at anyone in his path. When he meets 13 year old Caril Ann Fugate he has a little ambition in life. Quitting school and uprooting everything so he could see her at every chance. Was Caril a victim killing because she was scared?
