Prior to joining Law Finance Group, Dan had a successful private practice doing commercial litigation and did transactional work in the Bay Area at Townsend & Crew (now Kilpatrick Townsend LLP) and Gunderson Dettmer LLP. He also worked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for 6 years. He earned his JD from Stanford Law School and his Bachelors in Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
