Have you ever sat through the credits at the end of a TV programme or film and counted the number of people involved in the production?

It’s not just the number of people that’s always surprising, it’s the range of job titles - many of which we probably have no idea about.

Creativity is big business. It’s also demanding, competitive and cut-throat. It can mean long hours for little reward.

But it can also mean the chance to reach a global market. A brilliant creative product can generate huge returns if you get the business model right.

So let’s unpick some of the business lessons that hide behind the screen when the credits roll.
