"A mixture of sewing the seeds for luck and really hard work" that's what Rory O'Connor attributes to the success of Rory's Story cubes. The game has now sold more than 5 million units worldwide and is available in over 52 countries.

Rory and his wife Anita are the founders of The Creativity Hub, which employs 14 people. They're both designers, and they've incorporated design thinking into all aspects of their business; from dealing with customers to retailers. We've been learning from Rory about how they've grown the business, their latest product and their future plans. (The Creativity Hub is about to embark on an interesting project in America.) Rory also trained in non-violent communication, and he has some interesting insight into how he applies it to the business to build strong working relationships.

Adoreboard has launched a new product this month that some big name communication companies, including McCann Erickson have just signed up to use.

Plus, do you constantly feel that your do-to list is endless, and you never get all your work finished? Is it hampering your business performance? We’ll be talking to a productivity expert, to give you tips on how to make the most of your day.

Our start-up is 16 year old Mason Robinson, who is about to launch a kick-starter campaign.
