Nathan Sondgeroth is the President & CEO of the Clinton Iowa Chamber of Commerce. Not only that...Nate is the gentleman who introduced ME to a little book titled StrengthsFinder 2.0.

In this episode, Nathan explains how he was introduced to strengths-based development, how he integrates strengths into the chamber culture, and how his current profession allows him the opportunity to engage his own TOP 5 each and every day! Nathan also has a deep-rooted belief that life is all about the connections we make in the time we are given.

This interview was one of my favorites! Nathan's passion for Strengths was a key driver in me obtaining my coaching certification from Gallup.
