We have covered what Florida Center for Integrative Health has been doing for a few weeks now.  First we ran an article asking if doctors can dispense cannabis in Florida.  We were immediately contacted by Christopher Ralph of the Florida Center for Integrative Health who responded to Kim Rivers comments and our original story questioning their business practices.  To date, this blog has been unable to find anyone other than the Florida Center for Integrative Health to say what they are doing is legal.  It’s obviously in a gray area, and hopefully it will get addressed soon. The only people suffering as a result of so much confusion in the Florida cannabis industry are the patients.
