Same work same hours - the gender pay gap is impossible on a large scale, the free market prevents it.
Men working longer hours in higher paying jobs, well, you'd expect them to earn more then.
Either way - the gender pay gap lie just paints women as lazy basically. That's pretty sexist.
Women on average are more likely to choose to work in lower paid jobs less hard to spend more time with family and friends.
Why would anybody want to force them to work more?
