Very often when I’m working with a new client, and we get to the point where I ask them what type of service they’d like to offer, their response is: I don’t want to work one-on-one. I want to work with groups. Or, I want to offer a virtual program. They want to leverage. I get it. The idea of leverage is very attractive. It enables you to earn more money because you can serve more people. However, it's not the best way to start. In this episode I share why it's essential to first build your coaching or consulting business, before you try to leverage your services or create digital offerings.
