As I said last week, this summer, I am talking to my friend in politics about culture. Well, this week I am talking with my very good friend, Bethany Bowra. Bethany is most notably a writer for both OUTSET and Independent Journal. She once told me, "Take care of your character and God will take care of your reputation," which affected me so much that it now lives on my Facebook as a Favorite Quote.

This interview could not have come at a better time. If you listened to last week's episode, you heard John-Pierre Maeli talk about how Christians should be more subliminal in their messaging when trying to influence culture. But for Bethany, the correct approach is one of boldness, in which Christians should not "water down" the message of the Bible.

We also talked about how to bring about change on college campuses, and what she thought when Hillary Clinton became the presumptive Democratic nominee. Spoiler: she doesn't really care.
