As Jesus concluded the prayer He was teaching the disciples to use as a pattern he taught them to pray, “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” That’s a pretty loaded phrase and even carries with it some interesting questions, like, “Does God lead us into temptation if we don’t pray that prayer?” We’ll dig a little deeper as we wrap the series up.
