Prayer. It’s something almost everyone does at some point in their life. Does the Sovereign God of the universe really hear our prayers? If He does, do our prayers actually prompt God to action, do our prayers really make a difference? The disciples were eye-witnesses to Jesus’ prayer life. They saw Him pray and then witnessed God’s response. It was so powerful to them that in Luke 11:1 they asked Jesus to teach them to pray like He prayed.
