The job search process can be a stressful thing. If you’re applying for jobs and interviewing, chances are you are experiencing some anxiety or nervousness about the situation. That’s a completely acceptable and understandable thing. But having anxiety about the job search and being nervous in job interviews could actually hurt your chances of getting the job.


On this week’s episode of the podcast, we’re going to give you four ways to manage your anxiety in the job search. You can do that by: Being confident, being prepared, giving yourself time and lightening up. These are all things that are within your control and will help you showcase yourself and your skills more in the job search and specifically in the interview.
