If you’ve been searching for employment for any length of time, I’m sure you’ve noticed that most applications are different and most interview situations are different. On this episode of The QC STEP Podcast, I talk about an interview situation that you might encounter, especially if you’re applying for retail seasonal positions this fall. This week, I’m talking about open interviews.


I will explain what open interviews are, why they are a good thing for you in your employment search, and I’ll share a few things you can do to be more successful in an open interview situation.
