In June of this year, 2016, The Conjuring 2 graced over movie screens with more fanciful interpretations of the real life “ghost” hunters Ed and Lorraine Warren. Those familiar with the name will remember them from the Amityville Horror, a case long settled as a hoax and money grab. In The Conjuring 2, a young Ed and Lorraine travel to England to investigate the Enfield Poltergeist.
