It takes effort to take time for oneself - but two local counsellors are making it just a little bit easier for woman to make it happen. Coverdale Counselling's Keri Gaskin and Graystone Counselling's Cara Beth Elliott are co-hosting their first Women's Mental Spa Day on July 8. The day includes mindfulness practice with horses, somatic processing and body mapping,

a guided walk with Heather Fraser of Explore Nature's Bounty, and expressive arts time. Keri joins us to talk about the importance of making time - and how difficult a task it can be.
