The Jamaicans reading this will all agree with me December can be a really joyful time of year. The house parties, work parties, reconnecting with family and friends whom are visiting from abroad. Lots of food, sorrel, rum punch, pimento lacquer, fruit cake (the black kind with lots of fruits and RUN). The fruits in this cake was marinated in wine and run for six months….NEED I SAY MORE?
