The latest guest on the Masters Milers podcast is Michelle Rohl. Michelle was the standout performer at the recent USATF Masters National Championship in Ames, IA. She won the 55-59 age group in both the 800 meters and 1500 meters and broke the American record in both events. She is a three-time Olympian in race walking and made the transition back to running as a master back in 2018. After initially dealing with some injuries in her return to running, she is back at the top of her game and taking advantage.
