Mick Hill

My guest today for is Mick Hill. Mick was a fast runner in his 20s and 30s, but as is the case with so many of us, he got busy with family and a career and eventually his training fell off and he put on a lot of weight. A little over a year ago, at age 43, Mick went on a mission to get back to a healthy weight, and get fit and fast again and so far his results have been really impressive. What I didn’t know until we spoke today was that this was actually Mick’s second time coming back from gaining a lot of weight and being out of shape. Mick has some ambitious goals as he enters the 45-49 age group in September of this year and I’m excited to see what he can accomplish. I personally love stories like Mick’s and I hope you will as well.
