My latest guest on the show is Jeff Benjamin. I think the best way to describe Jeff is that he is a track & field fanatic in the best possible sense. Jeff is a runner himself, is a teacher and coaches high school athletes in Staten Island and he is also a journalist. Jeff has written for local newspapers, The Runners’ Gazette, and he is now a Senior Writer at The Running Network and Runblogrun. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the sport so we had a wide ranging conversation about middle distance running both at the open and masters level. I hope you enjoy it
