Today’s episode is a bit different from all the prior episodes where I interviewed outstanding masters runners and coaches. I had a couple potential guests lined up for this week, both of whom fell through due to scheduling issues. So for today rather than having a guest I decided to do a short episode to talk about 2 things: last night’s Music City Distance Carnival and my own injury status.
