Dr. Mahmud has a long-standing interest in systematic continuous patient feedback

This video summarises some of the work done over many years at several hospitals looking into systematic patient feedback.

This feedback was used to help improve the service continuously patient experience and care and to develop the capabilities of the team members

There were several presentations of the work at the scientific conferences soon both in the UK and USA.

At one of the meetings at the Royal Society of Medicine, Sir David Nicholson spoke, chief executive of the NHS.


A book was also published relating to the materials from the conferences.
