Be On Assignment in Your Own Life

October 08, 2019

Are you on assignment in your own life? Are you curious and ready to learn and listen?

Continuing along in our journey of the principles found in Liz Forkin Bohannon's newest book Beginner's Pluck*: Build Your Life of Purpose and Impact Now we arrive at Principle Six: Be on Assignment in Your Own Life.
Knowing nothing and having nothing to offer can be an asset. 5
Another excellent quote from this section is:
It doesn't matter if you're truly just starting out or if you're decades in. Either way: be on assignment in your own life. 6
Start asking good questions. Seek resources and people that you can learn from, ask questions from, and then lean into the learning. We don't know it all, and recognizing that truth allows us to be curious and to position ourselves as a learner on assignment in our own life.
