Welcome to the podcast version of Monday night's live show. Another Monday night of Knights of the Octagon and this week we talk to the queen bee of Xtreme Caged Combat, Helen Locura. Helen, Chucky and Yak talk about the upcoming XCC 24 card April 30th at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, PA. XCC 24 will also showcase a Featherweight tournament featuring Francisco Isata vs. Artur Rofi and Alexandre Bezerra vs. Frank Caraballo with the winners of these bouts squaring off on a future card for the XCC Featherweight title. Helen also tells us all about the XCC, future events, the Sands and how she doesn't gamble, some of her pals in the MMA community and her favorite things to do outside the cage. We had a great time talking to Helen and can't wait for XCC 24!

Towards the end of the show the boys call their pal Dr. Snopes who is vacationing down in Panama. Chuck had a question about taking a nut shot and it's effects so who better to call than our friend, Urologist and Surgeon - Dr. Snopes. It sounded like he was having a blast and after answering a few questions from us and some live listeners we let him go back to the rum punch and plethora of lesbians playing water volleyball. Who has it better than Snopesy??
