A life long love of food and cooking landed her a gig as the Culinary Editor for Edible Ohio Valley. From there Joann Drilling went on to become the Dining Editor at Cincinnati Magazine where she contributed monthly coverage including criticism, news, and features. She also oversaw and executed three to four food-related cover packages per year, managed a dozen freelance writers, and promoted the magazine and its content through radio, television, and person-to-person community outreach on a regular basis.
That chapter of her life ended in July and now she’s writing a book about Kentucky food heritage which we are all looking very forward to reading and tasting.
