James Singer teaches sociology at Westminster College and Salt Lake Community College and is enrolled in a doctoral program in the Sociology of Labor Markets and Social Policy at Utah State University. Singer is a member of the Navajo Nation and is a cofounder of the Utah League of Native American Voters. Today he will talk with us about how "whiteness in education" affects the way we teach and will give us some ideas on how to make education more multicultural.
