Valentine Thomas is a spearfishing conservationist who quit her job as a lawyer to find a more fulfilling lifestyle. Valentine is not only a Tedx speaker but also a conservationist. The outdoors, hunting and fishing are all activities near to her heart. Valentine discussed her alternative lifestyle that makes gives her a unique perspective into the plight that faces our marine life today. We discussed topics such as overfishing, pollution, and proper fishing practices.
