This the Steve Murawski interview in it’s entirety.  In the second half of the interview Steve talks about his podcasting which included the current “Ops All The Things” with his co-host Christpher Webber.  He also talks about Kevin Behr and George Spafford’s book, “The Phoenix Project: A Novel about IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win”.   We then have a fairly extensive conversation (albeit completely one-sided) with Steve covering DevOps.  Steve breaks DevOps down to an anacronym of four letters:  CAMS.  Culture, Automation, Measurement, and Sharing.
