December 14, 2016

Writer and medical professional, Richard Brandeis, joins host Alan Eisenberg for a discussion on writing about the human condition, a good mystery novel, and starting a publishing house for independent writers.
Richard Brandeis was born in Brooklyn New York in 1960 and after graduating college began a career in the medical profession in the field of Radiology. His love of writing in college served him well as he developed the first magazine that dealt with all facets of CAT scan technology, but was always motivated in wanting to get into writing fiction. Richard began a friendship with Ryan Stevenson, his co-author and co-founder of REJJ-Press, a new publishing house. They have been friends for over sixteen years and both decided after creating REJJ-Press, to expand their operation to not only include fiction, but have extensively written poetry as we well as prose. During 2017, both Ryan and Richard will be expanding their publishing operation to include further stories by these two authors as well as beginning to accept other author’s works in the hope of providing a platform for new and upcoming talent.
