Healthy University: Episode 44 – Learning to Repair Your Self-Esteem with Avdeep Bahra

Occupational therapist  and coach, Avdeep Bahra joins host Alan Eisenberg for a discussion of how you can learn to repair your damaged self-esteem after trauma. Self-esteem is so important to improving your quality of life and Avdeep and Alan discuss ways that you can learn to repair it if it is damaged by trauma or just a low feeling.
Avdeep Bahra is an occupational therapist that uses various mindfulness-based techniques to enable clients to overcome self-limiting beliefs and thoughts. She guides clients to work through feelings of overwhelm, stress, frustration, isolation and more. Avdeep is passionate about creating a non-judgemental space for her clients to be heard and seen. She empowers clients to access inner and outer resources in order to engage in life in more meaningful ways. Avdeep has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Therapy.
