S1E19 - #runstreak day 8 - follow-up and community check-in

I ran a mile! Yaaay! It's the second-longest runstreak I've ever done. I've had a 60-day streak and a 7-day streak, and now there's an 8-day one smushed right up in the middle. Hooray! Hip hip! Today's run was pretty easy. A 9:27 mile, and my heartrate never went over 165, really. Not that I noticed, at least. And that's awesome. Recovery runs aren't meant to tax you. They are just there to keep you moving and making sure your body doesn't wither away into a lifeless husk. Or, you know, work out soreness. But I think the lifeless husk thing sounds better. Whatevs. Anyway, I also wanted to check in on you guys. I tried to give a shoutout to you folks who have been really rooting me on, and if I missed you, I AM SO TERRIBLY SORRY! I will give you an apology hug if I ever get to see you in person. I promise! And I wanted to ask y'all a question: how do you like the format? How are you feeling about the daily, candid episodes? Did you like the previous style better? Or do you like the personal stuff mixed in with topical content? What works for you guys.
