WHAT IF … you could sell your product online or… you could turn your consultancy into a boxed product?
These are questions that challenge your assumptions about  your own business and force you to think about this key foundation of your business:
What really solves the customer’s problem and what just solves your organization’s problem?
Which are your decisions benefiting – the customer or the organization?
Recruiting a PR manager – who’s that really good for – the customer or your team?
Getting an office in town – who does that benefit – the customer or you?
