In this episode we recap our first year as Fast and Jacked! We give a brief synopsis of all the guests we’ve had on and what they helped contribute. We thank all of our great supporters and the gyms that we have thus far made our training homes. We discuss our training over the past year and what we feel worked and what didn’t as well as some things we will focus more on in the upcoming year. We talk about our individual specific goals for the year and how we plan to progress them. We talk about the future of FJ and what we see on the horizon as well as the events we are trying to attend this year in the barbell and sports community. We would like to thank all of #fjuniverse and all of our awesome supporters in the community, here’s to an amazing and prosperous 2016!
