Crisp autumn air danced through the open windows of the cozy house on Ahway Island, carrying with it the light scent of fallen leaves. Sun streamed through the screen, leaving a patch of warm light on the living room rug. Prince Grey Kitty lounged in the middle of this sunbeam, happily flicking the end of his tail.

Every morning, Prince Grey woke up with a big yawn and a stretch, and immediately find his two people, whom he called Mom and Dad.  He made sure both Mom and Dad gave him plenty of pets and attention before they all had breakfast in the kitchen.

Today’s Meditation: Feel your body fill with love as you imagine a puffin family and think about your own unique family.
