Christianity is the only faith that breaks down the walls separating God and humanity. No other religion allows full access to God. There is always someone or something that must be utilized in order to reach Him. The Pharisees hated Jesus because He was doing this–breaking down the walls. They accused Him of being a liar and deceiver sent from Satan. His family was worried about Him; they thought He was going mad. Even today, there are opinions flying around about Jesus. He was a good man, a teacher, a lunatic, a liar! All the opinions about Jesus are not new. Jesus is the Son of God, the only way to reach Him, and to deny that truth in this life is to commit the one sin that cannot be forgiven upon death. We all must decide in our lifetime if we believe that Jesus is who He says He is. When we die, that’s it. We have no more time to decide. So, what is your decision? Is Jesus insane? Just a good man? Or is He God?
