Delila is the owner of Delila Shantea, LLC a coaching and consulting company.  With over a decade of experience in the multi-family industry, Delila has been able to help challenging properties and develop future team leaders.  She is a graduate of Jackson State University. She achieved her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) in 2016 and became a part of the NAAEI Faculty in 2018.   Her goal is to motivate people to be the best version of themselves, which led her to develop “Friend I Got You” and become a Certified Life and Leadership Coach.

Her focus as a  Leadership Coach is to help scale revenue for businesses by utilizing their people and systems.  She enjoys providing solutions for the gaps that she quickly finds within organizations. Her latest passion is working as a virtual assistant to help other companies prosper. She has also created a mentorship program to help thriving professionals meet their career goals and increase their knowledge of the corporate world.  Lastly, she is a 3x author and 2x best-selling author.
