We are honored to have Cafria Hart at our table this week. Cafria’s story walks us through her mental health diagnosis and healing journey. A white paper published by Lyra Health, Inc states: Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy decisions. Per the CDC, a stressful job or home life makes some people more susceptible, as do traumatic life events

Cafria is a devout student of life and love. Fascinated by relationships, mathematics, science, logistics, and FAITH – all the things that make the world go round! Cafria hails from Atlanta, GA – born and raised! Graduate of Georgia Tech and The RESPECT Institute, currently leading a full life as an Engineer, Mental Health advocate, Consultant, Wife and Mom of a neurologically “flavorful” household!
