Susan has her Masters in Counseling Psychology and is educated at the Doctoral level in Clinical Psychology. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction and is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Professional-Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Journeydance Guide, and Shamanic Practitioner.
For more than 30 years, Susan has been exploring, teaching and most of all, living what it means to be in a body in a sacred, trusting, and nourishing way. She has just finished writing her first book: Trusting Your Body: The Embodied Journey of Claiming Sacred Responsibility for Your Health & Well-Being. Her book is out and can be found on her website and on Amazon.
