Not only have they built an extraordinary company but they are two great guys that care about the real estate industry, a lot.
In this episode, we talk about how simply caring about people can have an enormous impact on your business. Next Home has done a phenomenal job at focusing on the human in the business, whether that’s the agent who works for their organization or the human buying a house. They’ve even popularized Humans Over Houses in their pursuit of building a human-centered real estate brokerage.

It’s never been more important to develop trust in the marketplace and what Keith & James believe is that if you can over-communicate with your audience, you can develop a greater trust in people.
It’s ok to now have the answers to every question but by giving people a place to have an open dialogue, you can gain more influence because you’re developing a greater trust with the consumer.
Real estate is changing and James & Keith are helping lead that charge in a big way to protect our industry.
