The Black Market ClubThis episode, we finally get back into interviews! I was really glad to have gotten some time to sit down with The Black Market Club, not only because I've seen them live 5 times by this point, but because they were the unofficial headliners for the 210 Toys for Tots concert event we held last year. These five guys have an amazing sound that is very unique and, as you'll hear in the interview, this is in large part to their extremely varied musical backgrounds and tastes. We also talk about some of the difficulties local indie bands face as well as the Kickstarter Campaign they ran for their prior EP and possible future campaign for their full length album.They're launching a mini Texas tour starting tonight, Wednesday January 22nd, in San Antonio at the Limelight with tourmates Luxley. Their next stop is Austin's The Red Eyed Fly on the 23rd, College Station's Revolution Cafe on the 24th, and finishing their stint off in Houston at Mango's Cafe on the 25th.
