We’ve all encountered hiccups on event day, a change in the weather, timeline, loading, and so much more. Staying cool, calm, and collective through the changes is crucial as a vendor. Better yet it is essential, and when you are not on top of your game or not a team player it is a bad reflection of your company and puts a sour tastes in your associates mouths.
