Banks moved the organization to a 4-day workweek where people get 100% compensation to work 32-hours a week over four days. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many offices moved to hybrid or remote work, and some have started a 4-Day Work Week, many experienced the “Great Resignation.” Companies needed to think about what matters most to their employees and how they can better serve them.
