This week we are joined on the show by our long time friend, fellow hunter, professional chef and owner of ANTLER Kitchen + Bar, an amazing upscale but comfortable restaurant in Toronto, which focuses on regional ingredients, highlighting seasonal and wild foods.

Since long before we began WILD GAME BASED, doing this podcast and posting our recipes and food all over social media, and anyone even knew who we were or what we were doing with wild game, we were all friends, talking and exploring wild game foodstuff, and our love for hunting and cooking...without a thought in the world to who else might be listening.

Today we find ourselves talking once again, about those days long ago, hunts together, the current state of affairs, both for international hunting travel, as well as business and well being, and OF COURSE, good food with good friends.
