From the beginning of this podcast we wanted to discuss the need for greater collective empathy.  We asked you all to dig deep into your inner worlds and start to live a more authentic life. All the tools we walked through meditation, grounding, boundary setting, feeling feelings, gives us space and permission to come to the outside world as whole humans, with empathy, compassion, kindness and grace

Maybe you are wondering why we are spending so much time on empathy.  It allows us to build relationships; personal, business, community, etc.  Empathy is an important part of a growth mindset and should be the basis for changing management in organizations.
