Aurora LZ Lauzeral (aka @aurora_lz_fit) is part of a new breed of social media phenomenon.

 

As a fitness, martial arts and motivational icon, Aurora LZ has achieved a remarkable amount of international popularity by posting images of her lifestyle on Instagram. Through the use of this photo-based platform, Aurora has acquired an impressive following of nearly half a million fans that enthusiastically interact with her on a daily basis.

 

The reasons for Aurora LZ’s popularity are numerous, the most obvious one being her stunning physique. As a personal trainer and professional fighter, Aurora has spent years putting her body through a daily regimen of intense exercise and the results speak for themselves.

To say that she’s a lean, mean fighting machine is probably understatement of the year. Tall, leggy and statuesque, Aurora leaves a jaw-dropping impression on anyone who lays eyes on her.

 

However, beyond the body and the tropical beauty of Thailand that she promotes heavily in her photography, Aurora LZ truly connects and resonates with so many people because of her story and message.

 

10 years ago, Aurora looked and felt much different. Suffering from bulimia and anorexia, Aurora was slowly dying from severe malnutrition and the destructive affects of these eating disorders. Through the help of a friend, Aurora was able to achieve a breakthrough, regain her sense of self-esteem and begin a 3 year process of physical and emotional recovery.

 

As this healing process completed, Aurora LZ discovered fitness and martial arts and became instantly enamored with both. With the objective of becoming a professional fighter burning within her, she left her life in Europe for Thailand and began training martial arts at Tiger Muay Thai, where she also became one of their most popular fitness trainers.

For an imposing and intimidating woman of Aurora’s height and size, finding opponents has been extremely difficult. To this day, she has yet to fulfill her goal of competing in mixed martial arts, but has put together a solid record of muay thai fights.

 

Now back in Europe, Aurora is in the midst of defining the next phase of her career and doing whatever it takes to reach her goal of fighting in MMA.
