Well, the big day has finally arrived! You know, I wait – impatiently, but still I wait for this day from late February to early August every year, and I’m always really excited when it rolls around. Hey, if you’ve listened to The Outdoor Cooking Show for very long at all, you’ve probably already figured out that I’m talking about the first day of football season, right? Okay, it’s just pre­-season, but it’s still football – and that’s all I really care about. Heck, I’ve been a football fan all my life – literally!
