Notar's new album, L.A.R.r.Y., is a concept album that follows the path of a war veteran returning home, and facing a new set of challenges. It's hip hop where each song can stand alone, but together, make quite a statement. I spoke with Notar about his early career, linking with the Counting Crows' Adam Duritz and who, literally and figuratively, Larry is.
