My Future Business Interview with JARED MITCHELL

On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with business owner, coach and ecommerce consultant JARED MITCHELL.

Jared lives in Orange County, California, and runs multiple businesses with his wife Alana. Both hold marketing degrees.

Having generated more than $30 million in online sales, this energetic team has seen and experienced almost everything thing there is when it comes to ecommerce and online business in general.

Like anything worthwhile, building a business takes time, but after focusing their creative efforts, they now live a lifestyle of their making and want to help you do the same.

There are two sides to this dynamic duo in that Jared focuses on the marketing side of things, whereas Alana focuses on the branding, formulation, and ambassador efforts, resulting in a well-balanced team.

Alana’s main focus is skin care, where Jared enjoys his role as an ecommerce consultant, working with the likes of Neil Patel. In fact, Jared is the senior ecommerce manager for Neil Patel, and has been consulting 5,6,7,8 and 9 figure business clients of Neil’s, whilst building his own thriving consultancy business.

During the call, not only does Jared share his experience with salad, he also talks about how a piece of paper he found at Costco changed his life. This innocuous piece of paper introduced Jared to website creation, from which he went on to create his very first website. From that point, Jared could see the potential of having an online business, and started learning everything he could about online marketing.

One thing that stood out for me, was that you don’t have to offer a long-list of ecommerce products. If you start with one high quality item and promote it properly, then you’re well on your way to success.

This is not your typical call about making money, although it does talk about the place money has in the bigger scheme of thing. Instead, the call focuses on the people behind the business, and what it means to be a business owner, along with some steps you can take to start building your business, and a lifestyle.
